Zucchini Tempura plz.
oh yeah panko fried…everything has become pretty popular
but the idea of vegetable fries is just not something i can deal with
like fruit baked in pies it just cancels each other out
i mean they’re tasty but also kind of a headache to think about maybe the answer is that i should stop thinking about food and just eat it but no
YOU DON’T LIKE FRUIT PIES… also tempura usually don’t involve panko but panko fried things are super good too yum yum /except yeah i’m not too big of a fan of fried veggies either unless tempura
yeah not a big fan of warm fruit. or rice pudding. but that’s a different thing entirely.
sorry yes, i know tempura ≠ panko! i just associate the two because crunchy and fried and i jumped ships from veggie tempura to panko-fried veggies! although now that i’m thinking about it, what is used for tempura anyway?
Tempura generally does not use breadcrumbs (panko) in the coating. Generally, fried foods which are coated with breadcrumbs are considered to be furai, Japanese-invented Western-style deep fried foods, such as tonkatsu or ebi furai (fried prawn).
